Before Terraform Capital began to build itself as a standing firm, the founders saw the limitations of traditional asset management adapting to the dynamic real estate market. They realized this was an opportunity to implement Agile Asset Management, a forward-thinking approach to maximize the value of investors' portfolios.

Terraform Capital expertizes in real-estate development and asset management. The real-estate arm of Terraform Capital has an experienced team and a proven track record focused on property management, the firm is currently managing 3 commercial core assets worth more than AU$500M and two future development assets valued at AU$1.2B.

Terraform Capital’s value-add investment strategy is to integrate Terraform's hospitality operation expertise to the properties acquired. Terraform Capital targets properties with stable income with upside potentials.
